About the GeoEpi Group
ABOUT GEOEPI
A research group focused on animal disease systems
GeoEpi (Geographical Epidemiology) is a research group studying the ecology, transmission, spread, and management of animal diseases. Our work connects molecular and landscape perspectives to investigate foreign, transboundary, emerging, and zoonotic animal diseases.
How we work
GeoEpi combines spatial epidemiology with statistical and mathematical modeling, bioinformatics, simulation, and computational science. Research, reusable software, and operational analysis are connected by a common emphasis on transparent, reproducible quantitative work.
The group’s public information is organized across three complementary spaces:
- Research presents selected public scientific projects and outputs.
- GeoEpi Hub describes current project activity and portfolio state.
- GeoEpi Lab Book documents working practices for reproducible analysis.
